1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Maravilla Cloud ("the Service"), operated by Maravilla Labs, Basel, Switzerland, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Maravilla Cloud is a DevOps platform that provides git hosting, CI/CD pipelines, web hosting, package registries, issue tracking, and secrets management. The Service is available at www.maravilla.cloud.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
  • One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
  • Conduct any form of network abuse, including denial-of-service attacks.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive activities unrelated to software development.
  • Host or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload, deploy, or store on the Service. Maravilla Labs does not claim ownership of your content.

The Service, its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Maravilla Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/nDSG), and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All data is stored and processed within Europe.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maravilla Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the console. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be revoked.
  • Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention requirements.
  • Any outstanding fees remain payable.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Basel-Stadt, Switzerland.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
